Still not satisfied with your purchase? Or is it a piece? And do you return to our return conditions? Then we exchange the product as soon as possible. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

If you want to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:
• The return must be requested and sent within the statutory 14 days after delivery.
• The product is in the undamaged original packaging and packed in a shipping box.
• The product must be returned in its original state, if a product is damaged and / or dirty, the return will be rejected.
• The original invoice, which you received with the package, must be included with the return.

Follow the following steps to request a return:

• Print the application and place it in the return package.
