1.1 The product does not meet my expectations:
Are you not satisfied with your purchase. Then you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Go to My Account and create a return.

1.3 I have not received my purchase:
Have you not received confirmation of your purchase or did you not receive your purchase? Please contact us via the contact form on the right of this page. Or send an e-mail to info@madebyathletes.com

1.4 I received the wrong product:
Did you accidentally receive the wrong product (this does not apply to wrong sizes)? Then you can return the product free of charge. The return costs will be reimbursed by us after receipt of the product. Go to My Account and create a return.

Pay attention! Just make sure you indicate that you want to return within 14 days of receipt.

1.5 I would like to return my purchase:
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it within 14 days.
If you want to return the product, it must meet the following conditions:

• The product is in the undamaged original packaging and packed in a shipping box
• The product must be returned in its original condition, if a product is damaged and / or dirty, the return may be rejected.
• The product must be returned with the original invoice, which you received with the package
• A completed return form must be enclosed with the return shipment

1.6 I have entered the wrong delivery address:
Always check your details first at checkout! If this does happen to you, please contact us immediately in order to be able to stop it.
Once you have received a confirmation of shipment, we unfortunately can not stop it for you and we have to wait until the package has returned to us.

1.7 When will my order be delivered?
Order before 16:30, then we send the package to you the same day. Please note that the delivery times may differ by the carrier. If the package has left our premises, we are dependent on the carrier's process.
